We appreciate your time and attention filling out this information. Please be sure that all fields are complete to the best of your ability as this will greatly help us make sure that we can properly coordinate and deliver the best photographs possible.

After we have received this form, we will touch base to schedule a date for your pre-wedding consultation either in person or by phone. During this meeting we will confirm all times, addresses, any last minute details, and help you plan formal family photographs. Please be sure to prepare a list of family/friend groupings outside of the standard immediate family and wedding party portraits.

Please keep in mind that the amount of formal photographs we can take is contingent upon the time block allotted. It usually takes anywhere between 5-7 minutes per photograph depending on how well organized your family is and how large the groups are. If you are unsure about how much time to schedule for the formal photographs, please don't hesitate to contact us and we would be happy to make recommendations.

We are honored to be a part of your special day! We look forward to seeing you soon and creating unforgettable images.
