You’ve taken super creative, totally beautiful engagement photos with us, you’ve printed your favorites…but the rest are still sitting on your disc.  What about the other great images?  Instead of using a traditional lined sign-in book where your guests might only leave their name and hometown, why not have us design a guestbook using your favorite engagement photos with white space on each page for guests to write messages of advice and best wishes?  A traditional lined guestbook is one you might tuck away in storage shortly following the wedding, but a leather bound flushmount engagement guestbook is something you can display in your home and look at often to remember the warmth and support of your friends and family.  Oh, and to totally show off your amazing engagement photos.  ;)

The engagement guestbook is available in square sizes (8×8, 10×10) and in unique rectangular sizes (9×14, 12.5×5) and a variety of leathers.  Gold or silver lettering can be imprinted on the spine (so elegant) to include your names, your wedding date, or simply “guestbook.”  Linen paper means any pen can be used with no risk of smudges. I decided to do something completely different (stylistically) with our booth this year.  Over the course of 2011 I fell in love with southern coastal decor.  Soft, warm, inviting, and relaxing.  Vintage, authentic and charming.  Laidback and elegant.  Most of the items you see in our booth were acquired locally – the church pew and old farm table were purchased at a Craven County antique store along Hwy 70.  The super cute Lotta Cola crate was found in a New Bern antique store.  The antique doors and mason jars were picked up in Greensboro, NC and the burlap fabric was purchased at a store in New Bern I grew up going to with my mom and sister.  The custom tree branch easel was fashioned from a tree that fell in our backyard during Hurricane Irene.  That’s what you call repurposing.  :)  My burlap pillow and signage was purchased from one of the best websites ever – Etsy.  The WONDERFUL hydrangea was provided by the fabulous Roger Carter.

We met so many lovely brides with their moms and friends at the Crystal Coast Wedding Salon and we are excited for what’s to come in 2012.  Enjoy a peek at our booth…

In 2011 we were given the opportunity to photograph so many amazing couples all over North Carolina.  We consider it a tremendous compliment that our past clients have sent some of these couples our way.  To all of you, thank you for a WONDERFUL year.  You are all incredible.
